Roster management
- Add players with names, jersey numbers, positions, and contact details.
- Invite guardians, players, coaches, and volunteers to join the team workspace.
- Keep emergency details limited to the admins who need them for team operations.
Scheduling and RSVPs
- Create practices, games, meetings, and team events from the calendar.
- Share date, time, location, opponent, and notes so everyone has the same plan.

Communication
Use team and league communication tools for announcements, reminders, and targeted updates. Keep event-specific instructions on the event itself so players can find them later.
Practice planning
Coaches can build practice plans with drills and rink-board diagrams, then reference those plans from scheduled practices.

- Review the next seven days of events.
- Confirm venues and start times.
- Check RSVP gaps.
